Wow, it's been a long time since I last wrote anything. Sorry about that. Not a whole lot has happened. The kids are continuing to grow faster and faster. Micah is rolling over now. He is all smiles. He loves his big sister and just loves to watch her.
Kyelan is being a normal 2 year old. Getting into everything. The other day she got into out chocolate cake and had it all over her. I then came downstairs only to find a bag of chips all over the carpet and then found out she drew all over herself with a pen. The next day she got into our vaseline and had it all over her as well. She loves to entertain her brother and make him laugh. She is always trying to help with him whether it being putting his diapers in the garbage or burping him.
She's taking to calling herself by her name so you always hear her saying Kyelan's bear or Kyelan's kitchen or things like that. I swear that girl is going to be an actress. She is the biggest drama queen and such a faker. She puts on a fake frown and says "sad" When she really gets sad and cries she tells you "crying" She is so funny!
Well things have been a bit crazy since I went back to work. My schedule is crappy so I don't get much sleep. I get home at 1:30am or later every night. It's not much fun. I even had one night where I didn't get home until 4:30am. It's definitely even more difficult because Micah gets up around 6am to eat. So ya, you could say that I am on the verge of exhaustion because of this.
Anyway that's all I have to report for now. Hopefully I'll be better in the future about keeping everybody updated.

Christmas has come and gone. What an eventful time. Mike's mom and step-dad came down to Layton to spend the holiday with us and it was so good to see them. They stayed with Amy and Terry and we got to spend lots of time with them. Beth and Gary made wonderful food while they were here and the kids loved seeing their nana and papa. Christmas day was lots of fun! We brought all our gifts over to Amy's to open and it was so much fun watching the kids enjoy their gifts.
The day after Beth and Gary took me, Rhiana, Kyelan and Micah down to Temple Square to take a carriage ride. It was lots of fun. Afterward we wandered around and looked at all the lights. Kyelan was a bit of trouble and we were all wishing we had the stroller to keep her in instead of having to chase after her all the time. Regardless we had a good time!
Tomorrow we head down to Twin Falls to see my family and I can't wait to see them as well.
More to come!

So here's the Summers family blog for all those who want to see updates on me, mike and the kids. I will try and keep this up ever week to keep all family and friends informed.
Last week my ward had a Christmas street party that was lots of fun. It was something we hadn't done before so I'm glad that it turned out the way it did. 6 houses participated and the 1st had chili for everybody, the 2nd had hot chocolate, the 3rd had a small Christmas video to watch, the 4th had crafts for the children to make, the 5th had scones and the 6th had Santa. They also had a bonfire going in the culdesac to keep everyone warm. Kyelan had lots of fun and especially loved the making the reindeer candy cane. She didn't know what to think of Santa though so she wouldn't sit on his lap but stood in front of him.
Holidays are coming up and we are excited to be able to see family. Mike's mom and step-dad are coming to Utah for a visit and then we will drive down to Twin Falls to see my parents. I can't wait! I love Christmas! We set up our tree last week and then had to take the ornaments off the bottom half so Kyelan couldn't reach them. She broke a couple of them. Next year I will buy plastic ones.
Micah is getting so big. He will be 3 months old on the 12th. He smiles all the time now and has the cutest dimples. Kyelan is such a good big sister. She loves to rub his belly when he cries and tries to help burp him. They are so cute together.
Look for more updated next week or maybe sooner..
